Every reel outcome comes from a random number generator, and eCOGRA, SIQ and BMM Testlabs examine how those results fall before slots reach your screen.

Which Version Am I Playing?

Open the info or help screen inside the game and read the RTP it prints there, because that screen describes the exact version running in this lobby.

Look Up the Licence Number

Check the licence under Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority number ALSI-751460, the registration that lets this casino take your bets.

Lobby Sections at a Glance

18+This block settles which lobby tab to open first for the mood you are in.

Reels Before Anything Else

Video slots, Megaways titles, book-style games and classics share one tab, suiting anyone who wants spinning reels and set bonus rules.

Fancy a Fast Round?

Aviator, Tower Rush, Chicken Road and similar rounds last seconds, which suits players who like a decision then a quick result.

Highstakes Casino Reel Counts

Megaways games change the number of ways to win with every spin, giving players who like shifting reels a section of their own.

When You Want the Big Pot

Jackpot titles add a pooled prize on top of normal line wins, for anyone who prefers chasing one big pot over steady play.

When You Want a Dealer

Real dealers run blackjack, baccarat, roulette and poker on camera, best for players who want cards and a person dealing them.

What Just Landed?

Fresh additions land in their own tab, so you can try what arrived lately before the lobby settles around it.

A Feel for the Reels

Demo mode gives you the same reels, the same features and the same bonus rounds as the paid version, funded with play credits instead of your own money.

Can You Sit in Free?

Streamed dealer tables never switch to play credits, because a real dealer is dealing a real game with real bets on the felt.

Credits Versus Bonus Spins

Demo credits are not money and cannot be withdrawn, while bonus free spins play for real winnings under the bonus terms.

Read Bonus Terms

Set a Stake and Spin

Play credits let you test stake sizes, read paytables and see how features behave, but they never leave the game and set no balance.

Highstakes Casino Game Answers

You Have a Game Question Mid-Session

You will have short answers on finding games, dropped connections and bonus terms.

trustWhat happens when I search a slot by name?+

Type the slot name into the lobby search and the matching tile appears at once. Swap to the studio filter to see every game from that provider together, so Fishin For Gold sits with the rest of the iSoftBet set.

trustWhy did my round freeze when the signal dropped?+

Dropping your connection mid-round can leave the reels or the multiplier hanging. Log back in and the round resolves on the server side, so your stake and any return follow what the game recorded, not your screen.

trustDo I need a separate download for Chicken Road?+

No download is needed for Chicken Road or Chicken Road 2 from InOut Games. Both load straight in the browser like the rest of the crash set, including Tower Rush, Mines and Plinko.

trustDo I need a different account for the card tables?+

No, one account covers everything in your lobby. Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette and Poker all open from the same balance, and the tables need no download on a phone or a laptop.

trustWhat if bonus money counts differently in one game?+

Bonus play does not count equally everywhere, so read the terms before you spin. Some titles contribute a smaller share towards the 43x wagering on the 140% welcome offer, and that share decides how quickly it clears.

Highstakes Casino Walks You In

This block settles the order of your first visit, from sign-up to a controlled first bet.

What Details Do I Need?

Sign up with your email address and a password you do not reuse elsewhere, then keep your photo ID and proof of address handy for verification later.

Where Do Limits Live?

Head to the responsible play settings and pick a deposit limit before any money moves, so the ceiling exists from the first payment rather than after a heavy week.

Fund the Account in Your Own Currency

Highstakes Casino takes a first deposit from NZ$13, so pick a payment method you already use, from Visa and Mastercard to POLi, Skrill or Apple Pay.

Figures Before Favourites

Choose a title by its figures rather than its artwork: compare volatility and RTP, then note that a high-volatility pick like Big Bass Bonanza 1000 swings harder than Aztec Gems.

Leisure, Not Income

Treat the reels as entertainment and never as a way to earn money. Highstakes Casino gives you deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, and the Gambling Helpline New Zealand, Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and Gamblers Anonymous New Zealand are there for free, confidential support.

Self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes your access to the account for a set period and can be extended before it ends.

Cooling-off periods. A cooling-off period pauses play for a spell you choose, without closing the account for good.

Deposit limits. A deposit limit caps how much reaches your balance over a chosen span, set before the money moves.
